Shipping Info

Please carefully read all shipping information. If you do not find the answer to your question below please direct any questions to info@footedpajamas.com.

Before ordering please be aware that UPS does not transport packages over the weekend. This means that you should not count Saturday and Sunday as delivery days. For example, a UPS 2nd Day Air package ordered by Noon EST on Thursday, assuming it's in stock, will ship Thursday and be delivered on Monday NOT on Saturday. Likewise, a Next Day Air shipment ordered on Friday by Noon EST will be delivered on Monday NOT Saturday.


Shipping Info Within The United States

Merchandise will ship via UPS (http://www.UPS.com/). You must use a valid street address for the shipping address. We will make deliveries to a P.O. Box (Post Office Box) using USPS as the carrier. Deliveries commonly take between 2-3 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded) plus 24-48hrs of order processing time within the U.S. to reach their destination. Our U.S. Express shipping rates start at $9.99 for single items and increase as the number of items you purchase (items in your shopping cart) increases. Most UPS shipments are processed within 24 hours of your order being placed. Many orders are fulfilled the same day, weekends and holidays are not included. Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00am PST in order to receive the next day.


International Shipping Information

The cost for shipping is based on the value of your order. All shipping charges are calculated in US dollars and are subject to change. For large, multiple item orders and over-sized products we reserve the right to increase shipping cost based on size and weight of items ordered. For International orders gift boxes may be removed without notice based on size restrictions as multiple gift boxes causes the order to be classified as over-sized and therefore cost prohibitive to ship.

We currently ship to ALL countries.


Duties and Taxes

There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order which are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs office to obtain a list of those charges. In addition to this some countries may charge and additional handling fee for delivery within that country.


APO/FPO Shipping

We honor our regular USPS Express rates for all APO/FPO shipments for standard size orders (1-3 items). All larger orders or orders that contain several gift boxes will be assessed a minimum surcharge of $6.00 to cover the additional costs. For APO/FPO orders gift boxes may be removed without notice based on size restrictions as multiple gift boxes causes the order to be classified as oversized and therefore cost prohibitive to ship.


Return/Refund & Exchange Policy

Please note: if returning an item which is too big, ENSURE that the person it was purchased for has PHYSICALLY TRIED IT ON.  Holding a onesie up, or lying it flat is not adequate and the garment MUST be tried on to get an accurate idea of how it fits.  One piece pj's create an illusion of excessive size due to the visual effect of so much material as well as the attached feet appearing to add length. 

If after trying the item on and concluding it is too big, please see the sizing chart http://www.footedpajamas.com/Shop-By-Size-s/148.htm to ensure that it is not the best fit for the individual in question.  Footed Pajamas are meant to fit a RANGE of weight and height and will have a different fit based on where the individual lies on the spectrum.  One should be able to comfortably lift their arms above their head as well as curl up into a ball while wearing Footed Pajamas. 

Before returning/exchanging please consider simple alterations which are less expensive than restocking fees and shipping costs.  Having a seamstress detach, and reattach the feet after taking some length off, often results in the ideal fit since exchanging for a size down is often under the individual's range and will result in a garment being too small, tight and restrictive.

In the event that you need to return merchandise, this must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. A restocking fee ($5 for Adults & Kids, and $3 for Toddlers & Infants) will apply on all returns/refunds provided that the item is unworn, unsoiled, unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, in original packaging and folded neatly.  Restocking fees will be waived for orders which are returned in new condition and exchanged. Please fill out the RMA form here.  After submitting the RMA form correctly, you will be redirected to a page with the next and final set of instuctions to complete the return process.  Customers are responsible for return shipping fees/insurance as we are not liable for any packages in transit back to us. We do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges.

Merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, in original packaging and folded neatly) and with a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with reason for return. Items returned without RA, past 30 days, or not in original condition (soiled, laden with pet hair, ripped, used, or any other damages) will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.  If payment is not received for re-delivery charges within 30 days of our request, Footed Pajamas will discard the garment(s) and all chances for reclaiming the damaged, or expired/unauthorized returned garment(s) will be forfeited.  We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).  Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed from the time the return is received.

Exchange Instructions

When wishing to exchange an item for a different size or style, the customer must return the item(s) and an appropriate refund will be applied once a Footed Pajamas warehouse has received the product(s). The new item/size the customer wishes to have in exchange can be ordered at any time via our website to speed up the process of receiving the desired product. This process allows the customer to have the exchange shipped out promptly rather than having to wait for Footed Pajamas to receive the original piece(s) back.

PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. Gift boxes cannot be returned.
